I made a log cabin and the modern chair didn't suit and it can not be changed :(

With this chair you can change materials on base and cushions and colours :) 

All SINGLE poses work at the correct position. If you want PARTNER poses then make sure it is away from walls a bit.

The seat cushion is actually 5 layers deep to achieve the correct thickness. Just keep that in mind when trying to change colour/ fabric etc....
