Zoom out until you see all objects, then select them all either individually (each character is grouped as a single object) or by holding the left mouse button and dragging a selection box across the whole thing. With everything selected, make sure you have the gizmo settings at Global and Center and then use the scale tool to adjust to a more manageable size.

Looking at these after a few years, I feel like I really want to remake these...better shapes, proportions, etc. After I finish Flora Cove I think I'll turn my attention to that.
