Kokomo is real, but is in the original with the editor difficult or impossible to build

so i built my own Kokomo

I started with a jump staircase that I built for myself and a friend, I just wanted to try out how it can be used, that is how Kokomo came about

At first glance it looks like an oil platform, that was not intentional but why not

Kokomo consists of 3 platforms, the lowest one where you can dock your yacht, the second which is built as a party area, and the third which is built as a residential and relax area

There is also a small house in front of Kokomo that is intended as a reception hall or house which is surrounded by a small park

The party area has a stage for a band, a bar area and cozy seating all around

In total there are 7 guest rooms or private rooms in the pillars, if someone wants to retreat to be undisturbed and a few more comfortable places

On the third platform, there is the main building, next to which there is another building in which a bathhouse is and above that a guest room

Outside is a beautiful park with a small fishpond and a large pool with a hot tube as well as chairs and sunbeds

In the main building is a large living room with a small bar, music corner and also cozy places to relax or for everything else

Above it is the bedroom with a nice bathing area

The main building is connected to the bathhouse on the ground floor with a tunnel, on the first floor with a passage, you can reach the roof via this passage and the stairs where you come to the lighthouse and another room with outside area to relax

Mods I used: Piano from Menon (changed), the Disco Ball forgot the name (changed) and the Radio System from myself

I do not want my project to be published on the modz page after the end of the competition !
