There are so many locations which are so overstuffed with everything.
They have cool stuff inside but too much cool stuff in one Location makes it simply boring to explore because you always miss anything.
I like it more when creations are made with love and the right touch of style and i think this one fits very good.
Perfect for some Roleplays because it also comes close to reality instead of all those fancy and luxurious houses.
