The box is even there if i load deafault room too

Ok so i started building when i enter there is a small grey box in front of avi... you cant click it move it or delete. As soon as u cam close to it it disappears... doesnt matter what alt or account. If i clear all props its still there... 

Wow!!!!! How many props is that?

I have used Rochis dll only for this build. the only shortcuts used are t and r for straight line drag, everything has been done by hand other than that.  Ummmm.... not sure what to put here.. I have a working elevator from floor level to beach... takes a few tries to get used to, but it will shoot avi back up with one click. bars are on upper deck, with marina at beach level.... the boats are fully interactive, with couches, bed, and radio integrated. There is a lower level hot tub at water level that allows for flowing water over the avi similar to the pool. The main floors are made from bookshelves not tables as most rooms are. My rooms always consist of a lot of curves for visual pleasure. They are a nightmare to do but look great.
