This 1 bed / 1 bath apartment is available now for those who yearn to live the high-life in style at the price of your average San Andreas suburban home price.
I'm not the best when it comes to making custom props, so most of the stuff you'd find in GTA won't be there, but who's paying attention to that anyway... This place was more or less designed as a hangout/function pad. Do enjoy
