    My Spanish House is the first house i builded after the new building tools came to 3DX. I wanted to share the house with you all. The house have: Indoor and outdoor pools where you can swim in them both. Bathroom Kitchen Bedroom Garden Cave Sexroom And many other things There are 2 files. 1 there have a cleanlay out - With out a sexroom 1 with sexroom There are many poses around the hole room Find the house under download's on the main site.     Rules and Regulations All my creations, is only for use in 3dx All my rooms can only be downloaded on the Modz site here No one is allow to upload my rooms anywhere els, with out my permission If you download one of my creations, so its yours, and you can change,add, adjust etc as you want. But the lay out is still from me, there for you shall not upload my layout/room anywhere els with out my permission. No one shall take credits for my creations, not even if they have change some small things. The room/layout is still from me. If i hear about some goes around and take the credit, so i will ask them why. Remember i have the proof that its my creations. If some ask for a update, idea, or some they want i build. Then i will have a look at it. Talk with you about it. Think about what you ask for, and if i can do or want to do. If i say "No" so it means "No" i do this because i want, not because i shall.     If you use one of my download's and find or see a bug or fail, so please tell about the problem here. If its bigger adjustment so come with that too.. If it's just a miny detail in a adjustment, so try handle that first by yourself or ask for advise to fix it.

    First of all, thank you for come here. I am Lexzia, or Lex, Lexi, Zia, Choco babe, Miss Hardon.. haha.. yes some have many names call me what you prefare I am a very loyal and honest person, there have a good mood and a huge smile. But because i am so honest, so don't be mad if you ask me something, and my answer is maybe something you not like.. but at least it's honest haha I am from Denmark, so yes i love Beers, Bacon, Choco and football.. About me: I started in 3DX in June 2016. I wanted to try something els. 3DX is the only game i am in where there are sex included. In the beginning i was like many other, i wanted to try most of the things and fast, and i did.. i have try it all (almost) There did not go longtime before i saw 3DX with other eyes. I wanted to talk and learn to know people and these i got closer to. That helped me a lot, but that also show me the feelings this game can give you, and how they can hurt you. I have been hurted more then ones. It hurts everytime, but i manage to come out stronger everytime. There are also some bad/dark sides of 3DX where people fight's and tell rumors about other people. That i also have try..I can forgive people, but i can't forget. I am done use time on other peoples drama in 3dx. I move on and leave them alone. Thats the best way i have learned to handle that. But enough of that.. After sometime in 3DX i was tired just to stand and dance no.7 i wanted to create, i wanted to learn, i wanted to build. When i want to learn something new, i not give up, but i focus hard and try over and over until i can. I started build and fast i met Ayon and Asher. These two people was a already amazing builders at that time, i asked about how to do, they both have always been there for advise, and help me when needed, and they both have been a mentor for me. - Thank you of all my heart After i had learned to build and had hosted some parties, i wanted to learn to DJ to. I had never touch a mixer in my life before. But i wanted to learn, and i got so much help from other DJs. -Thanks to all of you guys Today i build/host/plan and DJing. When i DJ i always DJ live. I never prepare a set or have a pre recorded set ready. i am so bad to that. and i always plays after the mood and the reaction people gives in local. I have also helped out about find "bugs" in 3dx and report them back to the owners/devs. I help AlexRyder with his dll, test for him, and report in what to fix/change etc. Today i am very active about build and help. I am memeber of the Modz Team. I really enjoy help other people. there for i also build so everyone there need can get a nice house, club or what they now seek. That was a small story about me... Might be more added over the time, but thats it for now Hugs Lexzia

    Rotate I will start talk about rotate a object there have many small objects togehter. It can be something you have build or a creation you have download. If you for example have made a sofa/couch and have added the sofa as one big object or have downloaded one. If you want to rotate that sofa so its importen you choose the right rotation. Here you see a Sofa there are one big object. The hole sofa is around 22 objects. In top you see "Pivot" If you rotate with "Pivot" so the sofa will be one big mess when you rotate... Like this: Instead you click on "Pivot" and choose "Center" then you can rotate the sofa as you want and make it fits in any positions. That was a little Tips about rotate Lexzia (If some info are wrong, then contact me, so the fault/mistake can be fixed asap)

    Upload a file.. We here at the Modz site are very happy, about all the uploads you guys come with, and share your creation's so everyone, can use and enjoy them. Thank you for that. Its always best if the creator of the original object upload there own file. If some upload a creation there not are there own, but have found somewhere els and want to share that. Please add the original creators name in the post/text so they still gets the credit for the creation. If the creator are unknowing or you can't remember, so please leave a message in the text about that, and the Modz team will look into that. A creation you upload and other people download, will be there own version of that creation. Some might change/adjust/add/remove some from that object. Thats the new "owners" choice. If you see a file with wrong info on, then contact the modz team or make a PM direct to Lexzia, explain the problem, and what you see there should be changed. If some see a download file they own, but not stand as owner or creator. Take contact to the Modz team or PM direct to Lexzia.
