World editor - First steps for beginner?

Hi all, so I have saved images into .world but cannot get these loaded/merged into my room. What I like to do is just simply add own image into my room.

 

Already tried according to video but it just does not work or there are bugs or just don't do it right way (or both), this should not be so frustrating......

 

1. load default world

2. clear all props

3. load .world image (now image is shown inside the "landing area")

4. what next? Tried already to select the image (goes green) and "save selected to file", then open my room and merge or load it but nothing happens, cannot find it anywhere...after some trying it behaves different way every time and have to start trying again from scratch....

 

Is there any easier way for import into existing objects or something? How about tv on the wall, is it useless?
