    Moonlight Oasis

    This is room i been working on last few days. Small villa and oasis outside the gates (i used new trees and grass from lastest update for that). Performance shouldnt be too bad coz not much light sources used (lots reflecting surfaces tho). U can remove wall painting for better performance. I still have plans for this room but i need a break first and test it a bit. I wish u all happy holidays :3

    Mid-size house hidden somewhere in mountain forest. Despite small size of the room performance drop could be significant on potato pc/laptop cause of extensive amount of directional light sources, effects and highly detailed trees/grass.

    Midnight Bay Villa

    Small isolated modern style villa in black and white colors with grey and metallic elements. Full custom build. I built plenty of new objects for this one and used some my old ones too. Room should be performance friendly by itself but wall pictures could be fps killers so if room too laggy for your just delete them one by one until u get decent fps.
     
    p.s. original author of wall painting from hall area is Brian M. Viveros
     
    Zones:
    - Main floor with main hall (tv area, bar table, chill area), bedroom, bathroom, kitchen
    - Open air rooftop with pool, beach furniture set and helicopter lol
    - Yacht. This one looks standart but i did a lot modifications to it (now it has many sex spots/furniture - bed, sofa, wall, pool, pillow, pole, chair and much better interior.

    Private Helicopter

    Standalone version of basic civilian helicopter model i built for my previous room. Two versions - with opened door for ground placing and closed door with glow effect on rotors for sky placing (50kb for model). Chair and sofa spots. Sofa a bit small but i didnt want to make heli model bigger. You can scale model by yourself if want more space.

    Its modified standart music (radio) player. Original 3dx model doesnt fit my rooms usually so i made my own which fits better and easy to retexture when needed. It is still keeps radio player functionality plus works as mini bar with beer bottles (you can take bottles from it). Radio activation point inside bar.

    This is my version of lasers i built for previous room. These lasers looks animated and not blocking ways so can be used anywhere indoors (!). In this file you will find two pre-build presets and bunch of lasers in case u want build own combo. If u want stronger light just copy-paste them on each other (light effect will be improved).

    High Heels

    Pair of most uncomfortable black/silver high heel shoes plus two retexture examples. Similar to those i have in my rooms but i rebuilt them without buggy objects (with buggy mesh) so these shouldnt block paths.
