Middle size modern style apartnment. Mostly black and white colours with some gold and silver elements. Not sure about performance on weak PCs (can not test it now on weak pc or even check fps on my own PC). I used a lot of light sources, reflective surfaces and 3 paintings that was made with 3dxWorldPicture by TamaraX. If room be too laggy for you just remove paintings. Its a custom build, everything built by me. Most stuff was made exactly for this room (except few furnitre items).

Released
-living room: new tv shelf with Xbox Series S, gamepad and amlifier added, reworked lighting, some tweaks/fixes to objects and object placement
-1st bedroom: reworked furniture, stripper pole added, changed room colors from black-red to black-white, old painting (bulletgirl) removed
-2nd bedroom: new sofa added, improved furniture (looks same but i made edges more smooth, makeup table was tweaked for table pose etc), some object placing changed
-pc room: shelfes on wall added to make it look less empty
-numerous tweaks, fixes to objects, object placement and lights, probably some extra additions like sex toys all over the place and maybe something else
Gallery was updated, check it first. Keep old version in case you wont like changes. Room should be more performance friendly because one heavy paiting was removed.
