About This File
Middle size modern style apartnment. Mostly black and white colours with some gold and silver elements. Not sure about performance on weak PCs (can not test it now on weak pc or even check fps on my own PC). I used a lot of light sources, reflective surfaces and 3 paintings that was made with 3dxWorldPicture by TamaraX. If room be too laggy for you just remove paintings. Its a custom build, everything built by me. Most stuff was made exactly for this room (except few furnitre items).

p.s message me (PM) if u find weird bugs or clipping problems. i did some decent testing of this room but it is big and detailed i could miss something

-expanded entrance area (now it is a bit bigger than spawn spot so u wont appear in the middle of wall as happened before sometimes. i moved whole bathroom to do this)
-invisible walls at balcony added (u wont fall down by accident now as happened before if u clicked behind sofa)
-tweaks/additions for lights/lighting (better face shadows, better positining, few extra sources)
-item positioning tweaks
-redesigned cabinet at entrance
-redesigned sofa in black bedroom
-street lights added
