Small isolated modern style villa in black and white colors with grey and metallic elements. Full custom build. I built plenty of new objects for this one and used some my old ones too. Room should be performance friendly by itself but wall pictures could be fps killers so if room too laggy for your just delete them one by one until u get decent fps.
p.s. original author of wall painting from hall area is Brian M. Viveros
Zones:
- Main floor with main hall (tv area, bar table, chill area), bedroom, bathroom, kitchen
- Open air rooftop with pool, beach furniture set and helicopter lol
- Yacht. This one looks standart but i did a lot modifications to it (now it has many sex spots/furniture - bed, sofa, wall, pool, pillow, pole, chair and much better interior.

Released
Gizmo finally fixed water level bug which was introduced in previous update but now some newely made rooms like this one has broken water level (too high). I fixed it. U can fix water level by yourself (go world editor > settings tab > move water level to from 0 to -1. I also changed yacht a bit, removed gloryhole and prob something else.
