To answer Ayon's question within the review:

 

Answer short version: No

Answer longer version:
If the question is can I recreate the inside of a piano to life like detail with my current understanding of the editor, the answer is definitely no. Especially the curve of the iron plate.
Then, if the question is can I add some narrow lines inside, make it fuzzier and pretend as if I made a complete piano, the answer is yes, but that choice doesn't make sense to me.
Also, when the world can only contain around 20000 objects (my experience) without being too laggy to run or too crashy to edit, why shall we waste the budget to this hardly noticeable, even less meaningful detail.
 
Anyway, I have just updated the file to fix some gaps of the lid :)
