"Default Room" v2 1.0.0

This is a simple facelift to the default room 3DX offers for players. The layout of the location is identical to the original, however I made some improvements to make it more modern and up to date. Would be a great choice for new players who'd like to upgrade their first room a little.

Improvements:

- More natural daytime lighting*

- More evenly lit interior

- Brighter, more modern materials and patterns

- Glass swimming pool

- More lush vegetation, including better and thicker grass

- Hidden sex room beneath the main floor ("teleport" only)

*Please note that the room is not fit for night time setting, as there are no proper lighting set up for the dark environment.
