Layered Garters Set 1.0.0

I'm back again with another treat, this one is just for the female avatars! Have you ever wanted those layered garters and just can't get your hands on them? Then this set of files is for you!

There are three different versions of this file, for the three different styles of garters in the game. You can customize them in the Hats and Collars sections of the Editor. Sadly you can't wear a hat or collar when wearing these, but for many of you that's a small price to pay for style!
