Hi y'all! I recently saw a girl in game wearing a bikini top with a big spade on each boob. Her bikini was black and the symbol was white. She poofed before I could ask how she did it, so I thought I would ask all you talented folks. Anyone know anything about this?  Thanks! 

I've been trying to get my clothes to glow with neon colors, but they only work in the character editor; when I leave it, they turn a flat white, and the same thing happens with my hair. I really enjoy dancing and wearing the right outfits.
