    My newest home to you all as free give away..
     
    Newik Mansion is a house i saw in a music video, so its build out from pic's form a reel house. I have just change some of the disign so it fits to 3dx and the way i like it.
    Now its out for all of you.
    I hope you like the special design on the house. It took long time to build the walls, so it all fits together.
    The house have also a special disigned balcony, there have its own level, a pretty cool detail i think  

    There are many details in the house, and homemade object's like the kitchen, sunbeds, sofa's, tables, PS4 and much more.. 
    - The BBQ is a design from Countrysoso, i had to add that into the room, bc it fits so good. I have adjust the BBQ and made some changes there. But its her wonderful design, so all the credit goes to her about the BBQ.
    - The pooltable is a re-design from Darkangels original pooltable design, so there all the Credits goes to her.

    The pool you can of cause swim in, the bed in the bedroom have more then one bedpose added. Most of the table's are there poses on. The double sunbeds its a special design where you can lay 2 next to each other and take sun. (end of the sun bed you see the original sunbed, there you press for get the sun pose) on top of the double sunbed is there a bedpose where you can cuddle, sleep or have sex  

    First floor i have not added that much for the moment, its also a space area where you as the new owner can build/add what you like. or come with idea's about what there can be there. For now there are just a small party area.

    All in all the house have almost everything and its a cool design and special design, so i hope some of you like it, and want to use it

    First up I'm max, nice to meet you. 
     
    I spent a bit of time making this tower and wanted to share it with others to enjoy.
    Essentially it's based on medieval dungeon towers used to torture prisoners.
    I've added various sex objects based on this theme. I've also made a male torture rack, as there aren't enough male sex objects in 3dx for my liking!
    Obviously you don't have to use it for any form of torture , the equipment is pretty standard for BDSM fans. 
    The lighting can be a little off due to the patch (its fine if you use full sun) and i haven't spent much time correcting it as I've moved on to another project, but feel free to play around.
     
    My handle in game is maxpounding, feel free to pm if you have any queries.

    Polizei-Insel-Außenposten
    Dieses Projekt ist vielleicht für Rollenspieler interessant und kann je nach Vorhaben entsprechend ausgebaut werden.
     
    Es handelt sich um eine vollständige "Welt", die geladen werden kann (Load from File), ein Polizei-Außenposten auf einer kleinen Insel, die man sich innerhalb einer Gruppe von ähnlichen Inseln vorstellen kann. Neben dem Dienst- und Wohngebäude mit Büro und Ruheraum gibt es auf dem Dach einen Helikopter-Landeplatz mit dem entsprechenden Hubschrauber und einen Anlegesteg am Strand vor dem Haus mit einem Polizeiboot und natürlich einen Flaggenmast mit Fahne.
    Der Helikopter ist eine weiter verfeinerte Version meines BELL47G, dessen Vorbild beim LAPD im Einsatz war; links und rechts des Cockpits sind Funktionstrigger "Wand" angebracht, so dass sich Avatare dort anlehnen und auch alle anderen Posen der "Wand" ausführen können.
    Das Boot ist ebenfalls "bespielbar"; es sind drei "Sofas" eingebaut, und der Sitz des Schiffsführers bietet alle drei Sitzposen des Barhockers.

    Wie man unschwer erkennt, besteht diese "Welt" aus einer modifizierten Default-Welt, was den Vorteil hat, dass man auch einzelne Gruppen separat verwenden kann in seiner eigenen Welt:
    Einzeln zu mergen (Merge from File) sind (siehe nachfolgende Posts):
    der Helikopter,  der Fahnenmast und das Dach mit Helipad und Metalltreppe zum Aufsetzen auf jedes Default-Haus (nach Abnehmen der Dachplatte)
    das Polizeiboot und der Bootssteg

    Police island outpost
    This project may be interesting for role players and can be expanded accordingly depending on the project.

    It is a complete "world" that can be loaded (Load from File), a police outpost on a small island that can be imagined within a group of similar islands. In addition to the service and residential building with office and rest room there is a helipad on the roof with the appropriate helicopter, and a dock on the beach in front of the house with a police boat and of course a flagpole with flag.
    The helicopter is a further refined version of my BELL47G, which was in use at the LAPD; to the left and right of the cockpit are functional triggers "wall", so that avatars can lean against them as well as execute all other poses of the "wall" trigger.
    The boat is also "playable"; there are three "sofas" built in and the captain's seat offers all three seating poses of the bar stool.

    As one easily recognizes, this "world" consists of a modified default world, which has the advantage that one can also use individual groups separately in one's own world:

    Mergeable individually (Merge from File) are (see following posts):
    the helicopter, the flagpole and the roof with helipad and metal stairs which can be put on every default house (after removing the roof panel)
    the police boat and the boat dock
