OASIS VILLA ON A ROCK

Hello, nice that you are interested in my villa.

I let my imagination run wild here and created a modern house on a small island. My sweetheart Hope inspired me to many details and gave suggestions for the construction.

I hope I have built an interesting house for you too. There is a wellness area downstairs, above it the pool with jacuzzi, bathroom and shower.
The 2nd floor has a kitchen, living room and bedroom. On the roof you will find various ways to chill.
In the garden there are a few places to sit and also a few opportunities to "play". Likewise on the beach, or you enjoy a few strawberries with your loved one.
There is also a room for various games that you will surely find
So have fun in my modern mansion on the rock.

Many thanks to my sweetheart Hope for the support with troubleshooting and especially for the many great pictures she took for me.

Except for the helicopter, the villa was built stone by stone and built by myself, so here it is

Hallo, schön dass du dich für meine Villa interessierst.

Ich hab hier meiner Fantasie freien Lauf gelassen und ein modernes Haus auf einer kleinen Insel kreiert. Mein Schatz Hope hat mich zu vielen Einzelheiten inspiriert und Anregungen zum Bau gegeben.

Ich hoffe, ich habe auch für dich ein interessantes Häuschen gebaut. Es gibt unten einen Wellnessbereich, darüber den Pool mit Wirlpool, Badezimmer und Dusche.
Im 2ten Stock befinden sich Küche, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Auf dem Dach findest du verschiedene Möglichkeiten zu Chillen.
Im Garten sind ein paar Sitzgelegenheiten und auch ein paar Möglichkeiten zu "spielen". Ebenso am Strand, oder du genießt mit deiner/deinem Liebsten ein paar Erdbeeren.
Es gibt auch ein Raum zur diverse Spiele, den du sicher finden wirst
Also habt Spass in meiner modernen Villa auf dem Felsen.

Einen ganz lieben Dank an meinen Schatz Hope für die Unterstützung bei der Fehlersuche und vor allem für die vielen tollen Bilder, die sie für mich gemacht hat.

Bis auf den Helicopter ist die Villa Stein für Stein entstanden und von mir selber gebaut, deshalb hier auch
einen ganz herzlichen Dank an Melaniel, deren Helicopter ich hier eingebaut habe, sehr schönes Teil, warum hätte ich da selber einen bauen sollen findet ihr auch hier bei Modz

The lore: This hotel were abandoned and lost. After 300+ years somebody found this hotel buried under the sand. But punks occupied the founding and made a brothel in this place. The first floor is still flooded (intentionally) but the pump still pumps out the water.

This is dark & dirty place with bar stood, pool, toilet, strip room, peeking room, gloryholes and so.

This map is version #4 of huge project. Were build for personal use to make big parties and so. Basically it's a large resort with 3 buildings, many rooms, baths, pools, beach, small park alley, Hyperloop, dancefloors, noble apartments and many more.

The room were started from a scratch, and in final version (v4) were added Illuminati tower and Avalon club (thanks to original builders of these parts).
I've put a lot of effort into this build, and I hope somebody will like it too

CODE NAME: PROJECT NEW WORLD

This is house in futuristic city.
Whole map were built with one purpose - to have nice view, while drinking coffee or taking bath, not intentioned to run thru it (yes map is really big, almost 1km).
But people like to travel, so I've added teleports to cool photoshoot spots locations for easy travel.
There is also a Starship in 1:1 real size.

Not a final version. But future updates are questioned.

Seashore Apartment

Middle size modern style apartnment. Mostly black and white colours with some gold and silver elements. Not sure about performance on weak PCs (can not test it now on weak pc or even check fps on my own PC). I used a lot of light sources, reflective surfaces and 3 paintings that was made with 3dxWorldPicture by TamaraX. If room be too laggy for you just remove paintings. Its a custom build, everything built by me. Most stuff was made exactly for this room (except few furnitre items).

Island Home Resort

Hi,

Decided to share my own island home resort,

Super nice Penthouse Style apartment. Rock Pools with cool sex poses. Plenty of hidden hangout spots over the very large island. Cave area Casebo's all over
There are few items from other builders in the room, my thx to all and 3dmodz for the great site, sharing is caring.

Update:
1) Added a radio player...giggles my bad
2) Redid the bedroom Living room devider
3) Added water Lily's, candles, toilet paper, Towles, Lube bottles.
4) Added a bed pose in the hottub, obviously dunt use the bed poses where one of the partners are lying flat down, unless you bring a snorkle.
5) Added potplant to bathroom.
6) Fixed some poses.
7) Redid the chair pose at Rockpool.

This is room i been working on last few days. Small villa and oasis outside the gates (i used new trees and grass from lastest update for that). Performance shouldnt be too bad coz not much light sources used (lots reflecting surfaces tho). U can remove wall painting for better performance. I still have plans for this room but i need a break first and test it a bit. I wish u all happy holidays :3
