Compact Penthouse (Two Versions) 1.0.0

Two version on this one....without a party room in the lower floor and one with. The one without has no third floor but just copy the stairs down and you can do whatever with it.

Top floor has a pool with skylight floor over the bedroom below. Living Room, bathroom, and kitchen, and bedroom on second floor. 

Made this one really really compact for easy loading without a ton of bells and whistles.

If you need another bedroom, or "Play Room" I suggest getting the club version and just deleting all the club stuff.

Design is mine, items within are not and are from other creators. (Granted with some mods, etc). Thanks Creators!
