About This File

My latest creation , a Lavish villa by the ocean with a access to the beach .

3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms a nice pool in the back , perfect for a nice gateway

or the biggest party ever :)

I hope you guys enjoy it .

p.s i used some props from other builders so a big thank you to all of them .

I had a request from a friend  to add bean bags to

go with the new poses , so i did :)

They are by the pool .
